One-on-One with Sarah Palin!

As some of you may know, Carid works (among many other things!) on the "Advance Teams" (as they're called) for very 'high profile' political figures and dignitaries (including the President of the United States- twice!). Here is a shot taken this afternoon of Carid with Sarah Palin (for those of you who follow politics~). She was in Salt Lake for 2 days -mostly for her book tour & book signings. She had a special signing at Costco today, which happens to be only 3 blocks away from our furniture store there in SLC (which Carid, among many other things, manages). Carid served as Sarah's personal escort and limo driver. Her husband and small son were also there, as were her parents and best friend (who is LDS and wanted to come on the Utah-leg of the trip!). Carid said they are a SUPER NICE and very genuine family! She had her own professional photographer with her as well and Carid will get some additional photos from him (this one was snapped on his cell phone). Fun!!!
